Assurance Health and Wellness operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex (including discrimination based on pregnancy, gender identity and sex stereotyping) in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).

Assurance Health and Wellness provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as: qualified sign language interpreters, and written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats). Community Partners, Inc. also provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as: qualified interpreters, and information written in other languages. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with Assurance Health and Wellness.
